I lead products end-to-end - from discovery and research through strategy to shipped interfaces. Over nearly a decade in healthtech consulting, I've worked across 20+ products: from patient-facing apps to hospital enterprise systems, from early-stage startups to complex B2B platforms.

I operate as an embedded Product Lead, joining teams to run discovery, shape strategy, design and deliver experiences, and align stakeholders from clinicians to C-suite. Most recently, I designed and rolled out a company-wide shift from feature-factory delivery to evidence-based, outcome-driven product work.

Now I'm bringing that same approach to AI - leading LLM-based and voice AI experiences where conversation design, safety boundaries, and user trust are the product.
